Hi, I'm Rachel.  With over 20 years of experience in retail, buying and design, I am a consultant and the founder of Strut Studio, a bespoke Buying, Design and Brand Consultancy dedicated to supporting retailers, designers and brands of all sizes to elevate their businesses with unique and innovative Footwear, Bags and Accessories ranges.

As a Footwear, Bags and Accessories specialist, unique in that I have worked across Women's Men's and Kids and managed buyers, designers, marketing, merchandisers and technologists, I have personally built brands and developed strategies for key industry players in the UK, Europe, USA and Middle East. I have launched thousands of products, managed multi-million pound departments, led businesses in turn around and developed high performing teams.

I am extremely passionate about innovative product development, brand creation, and trend forecasting, offering support to my clients through a collaborative and hands-on approach. With an extensive network of industry contacts, I work closely with them to leverage resources that meet my clients' diverse requirements.

I am dedicated to sustainable sourcing solutions and circularity, providing clients with guidance on environmentally and socially responsible strategies. Through ongoing global communication with partner factories, I ensure my clients have access to cutting-edge materials and processes that align with their sustainability goals. Personally, I am dedicated to continuous research in this rapidly changing area, ensuring I can offer the latest advice to empower my clients.
